Creative Traffic Manager

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and people focused team in a role that you can develop and make your own. 

The ideal candidate will come from an art working background, have experience of working closely with the client and have the ability to effectively work to deadlines while managing a small team. They must be hands-on, process driven with a sound knowledge of Adobe Indesign and Microsoft Office. A keen eye for detail is essential along with problem solving skills. Previous experiences of using databases for volume artwork production would be beneficial.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Production and Design

Liaising with Client (Marketing team), producing design variants, taking designs through to sign off and briefing designs in for template creation.

Assessing production constraints and management of the production schedule document.

Writing and distributing production briefs and creating production files for the weekly print runs.

Producing PDF manifests for production and client reference and providing manifests for specific stores at clients’ request.

Creating back office POS files for use via InControl.

Rig testing.

Transferring Back Office BACKUP POS Files through Synchrony, and producing and transferring Daily POS files.

Other Artwork and Design

Working on design and artworking briefs for a variety of clients.

Take jobs from brief through to print ready artwork stage.

Help out with pitch work, as and when appropriate.

Asset Management

Keep an ordered store of:

Client assets including: Weekly Data Extracts, Production Files and Manifests.

Assets for other client including: Briefs, Artwork, Images and Production Files.

Office and Team Management

Managing office supplies and submitting timesheets.

Managing Mac Operator: HR, training, product knowledge, retention, promotions, disciplinaries.

Conducting PPDs.

Complying with Information Security requirements at all times.

Complying with Health and Safety requirements at all times.

Any other Ad Hoc duties as and when required.

Additional Responsibilities

Support the Delivery team with Project Management overflow support on a variety of clients during quieter periods.
